Van Schaik Bouw ons ontwerp voor 22 zelfstandige appartementen in voormalig verzorgingshuis Henricus. In 2026 wordt het leegstaande gebouw gekocht van Zorggroep Maas en Waal. Het oorspronkelijk plan stamt uit 1996 naar ontwerp van Wiegerinck.
